The past persists, emerging through the stories we tell ourselves and the bodies we live in. Leading with curiosity and compassion, we can investigate the impact of the past on the present, make new meaning of old stories, move through our lives with intention and integrity, and live with greater love for ourselves and those around us.

The therapeutic relationship provides a special space to explore your past experiences, current struggles, and personal values, helping you achieve greater self-knowledge, self-compassion, and healing. There are many ways to arrive at meaningful change, and I believe all paths start with a relationship based on non-judgmental acceptance, empathy, and trust. I view the client-therapist relationship as sacred, essential, and living, the key to healing attachment wounds and developmental trauma, where healing happens through the transformative power of human connection. I am committed to fostering a space where clients can freely express and feel, while moving towards a deeper engagement with both their inner and outer world to live a more integrated life aligned with their values. Thus, my practice is founded on ensuring that clients feel seen and cared for throughout this challenging work.As we all have different experiences, strengths, and challenges, I take a trauma-informed, integrative approach rooted in relational therapy, focusing on building a healing relationship that draws on a variety of evidence-based methods (including CBT, DBT skills, and somatic mindfulness-based therapy) and psychodynamic theories.

Our work must take into account the realities and challenges of the world, both current and historical. I am committed to anti-racist, non-hierarchical, LGBTQIA+ affirming practice that recognizes the impact and internalized experiences of systems of oppression, and centers the lived experience and intersecting cultural realities of each client. My work as a clinician is foundationally rooted in social justice.

While I work with individuals of all ages, I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults, and those in moments of transition.I am passionate about helping people dealing with complex trauma histories, depression, anxiety, identity formation, high-risk behaviors (including self-harm, eating disorders, and addictive/compulsive behaviors), and suicidality.

In addition to my clinical work, I offer executive function coaching for adolescents and adults seeking to strengthen their skills both in school/at work and at home. My approach is strengths-based and inquiry-driven, emphasizing collaboration and empowerment. Through personalized coaching, I help clients improve emotional regulation and focus, develop time management and organizational strategies, boost intrinsic motivation, and navigate and overcome avoidance patterns. By building on each individual’s unique strengths, we can co-create practical, sustainable strategies that support long-term growth and independence.I conduct this work through a network called Organizational Tutors and they handle all my initial inquiries.
